2. Order and pay directly online. For any specifications, you can follow up with an email  or whatsapp with your order number! 

We reply within 24 hours. Orders ONLY applies to Singapore.

02. Delivery Charges & Timings
All bouquets above $65 includes free delivery! 

Self-Collection available as well at 16 Toh Drive S507868, from 8am-8pm daily.

03. Can I Pick The Wrapping Styles?

Our wrappers are imported/ hand-carried selectively from all over the world! Thus every bouquet has a slightly different touch to it. But yes,  if you see a particular style you want to have, just let us know of the preferred color or style in the note, but also to take note that wrappers are subjected to availability!

04. Flowers Not In Season?

All HQ Flowers Products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a HQ Flowers Product of equivalent value and quality without notice.

05. Can I Cancel My Order / I Made a Mistake on My Orders

Once payment has been made, orders cannot be cancelled. But orders can be postponed, subjected to our schedule or exchanged for something of the same value. Changes have to be made 7 days BEFORE initial delivery.

To update/ edit shipping information or messages, please whatsapp or text us at 81001036 immediately. Changes have to be made 3 days before initial delivery.

06. Designs & Products


All HQ Flowers designs illustrated are a guide to the style of flowers and gifts that will be delivered. Flowers, containers, 

wrappers and accessories may vary according to regional and seasonal availability, or when they do not meet our quality standards. Substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfill your requirements.

In some cases, some flowers may be delivered in bud to provide longer enjoyment. We reserve all rights to cancel orders at any point should there be insufficient floral stocks.

07. Exchange & Refunds

For cases of unsatisfactory bouquets, please send a photo to us within 24 hours of delivery. Photos must show defects of wilting products.

Photos sent within 24 hours with original bouquet returned, subjected to full refund or exchange, depending on our stock availability.

Photos sent within 24 hours with no returns, subjected to max 40% refund.

Photos sent after 24 hours, no refunds.
